Shipping of the order from www.hassanjewellers.com is very safe, secure, and hassle-free. All our products are insured during transit. Every package of the product (Jewellery / Gold Coin) purchased from www.hassanjewellers.com will reach your doorstep in durable, tamper-proof packaging.
We partner with trusted logistics companies such as Sequel, and BVC. Customers will receive a shipping AWB (tracking) number after the order is shipped. The selection of the courier partner depends on serviceability to the provided address.
Shipping Charges:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹1 lakh across India for orders placed on our website.
Delivery to Identified Person:
Customers must provide accurate recipient details, including:
- Full name (as per government-issued ID)
- Complete address with landmark
- Pin code and contact number
At the time of delivery, the recipient must present any one of the following original ID proofs to collect the product:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Driver's License
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card
To ensure safe delivery, the courier agent will verify the recipient's identity and note down the details. Recipient cooperation is expected during this verification.
Delivery Location:
Orders can only be delivered to:
- Residential address
- Workplace
- At Hassan Jewellers showroom
Delivery to public places (malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, streets) is not permitted.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will make three more attempts. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the product will be returned to Hassan Jewellers.
Change in Shipping Address:
- Customers can track orders via the My Account section on www.hassanjewellers.com.
- Shipping address can be changed only before the order is shipped.
- To request a change, please email us at hassanjewellers.office@gmail.com.
Please note: Any discrepancy in recipient details may result in non-delivery, and delivery is subject to courier company terms.
Shipment Discrepancy:
Upon delivery, inspect the package immediately. If you find:
- Damage
- Shortage
- Over-shipment
- Suspect any part of the shipment is lost

Damaged Products:
If your parcel/product arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours via phone or email.
- Do not discard or tamper with the parcel/product.
- Our investigation team will examine the complaint and take appropriate action.
Failure to report within 24 hours will result in the complaint being rejected.
Missing Products:
Before accepting the parcel, inspect it thoroughly. If you find anything missing:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Contact us via phone or email (details above).
- Our investigation team will resolve the matter within 7 working days.
Failure to inspect and report on time may result in no resolution.
Non-Receipt of Order:
Once dispatched, we send the tracking ID to your registered email. Please:
- Monitor the tracking regularly.
- If you receive a delivery confirmation email but did not receive the parcel, report within 60 hours.
Failure to do so on time may result in no refund or action.
Customers are also required to follow due process and not raise chargebacks without contacting our team first.
