Exchange Policy

At Hassan Jewellers, we understand that customer preferences may change over time. To ensure a smooth and convenient exchange experience, we have established the following policy:

Exchange Within 7 Days of Purchase:

Customers can exchange any gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, or precious gem jewellery purchased from www.hassanjewellers.com by returning the product to the registered address mentioned on the website only.

Conditions:

• You can exchange your jewellery at full value, provided the jewellery is in original condition.
• All exchanges and buybacks will be subject to a quality check by our Quality Department or a certified laboratory, which may take up to 4 working days.
• Partial exchange of ornaments is not allowed.
• This policy does not apply to purchases made from other online marketplaces. For such cases, please refer to the specific platform's exchange policy.
• The exchanged product must be accompanied by the original invoice and all certificates/documents.
• Exchange without deduction of making charges is available for unused gold or diamond jewellery within 7 days of delivery.
• Hassan Jewellers reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the exchange value.
• The exchange value will be adjusted against the new product selected. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

• Gifts or gift vouchers received during the purchase must be returned or their value will be deducted.
• All applicable taxes, duties, and fees will be borne by the customer.
• Only one exchange is permitted per invoice.

Exchange After 7 Days of Purchase:

For exchanges requested after 7 days from the purchase date, the exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing rates at www.hassanjewellers.com or at the respective store.

Exchange Rates:

• Gold Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate.
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate and 100% of the prevailing diamond carat rate after discount deduction.
• Uncut Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate and 100% of the invoice value of uncut diamonds after discount deduction.
• Solitaire Loose Diamonds: 100% of the prevailing diamond carat rate after discount deduction.
• Solitaire Diamond Studded Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark gold rate and 100% of the prevailing diamond carat rate after discount deduction.
• Platinum Jewellery: 100% of the benchmark platinum rate and 100% of the diamond value.
• Gold Coins: 100% of the benchmark gold rate.

Additional Notes:

• Original invoice and diamond certificate are mandatory.
• Making charges, taxes, and synthetic/semi-precious stones (like beads, pearls, zircon, etc.) will be fully deducted.
• Exchange of jewellery to gold/silver coins or bars, or silver articles is not allowed.
• For Uncut jewellery containing precious stones like ruby, emerald, or sapphire, stones will be exchanged as per Precia policy – 75% for exchange and 70% for cash.
• No buyback will be offered for pearls and synthetic stones.
• All exchanges and buybacks are subject to quality check by our team or certified labs, which can take up to 4 working days.
• Hassan Jewellers reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the exchange value.
• Price differences between the original product and the new one must be paid by the customer.
• All applicable taxes and duties must be paid by the customer.

Discretion of Rights:

Hassan Jewellers reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny exchanges and buybacks at its discretion.
• Modify the terms of this policy without prior notice.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Vaniyambadi.
