Order Cancellation Terms & Conditions

At Hassan Jewellers, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, there may be instances where an order needs to be cancelled. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation by Hassan Jewellers:

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances (but not limited to):

  • Limited inventory of the selected product
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Quality check failure
  • Insufficient or unverifiable customer information
  • Suspected fraud or suspicious activity
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen situations

In such cases, we may contact the customer for additional information to ensure order accuracy and security before confirming or cancelling the order.

Ready-to-Ship Orders:

Customers can cancel a ready-to-ship order before it is dispatched. If the cancellation request is accepted:

  • A 2% cancellation fee will be deducted
  • 98% of the paid amount will be refunded to the original source account
  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days

⚠️ Please note: Orders containing Gold & Silver coins, bars, silver articles, Rakhi, and solitaire items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Make-to-Order / Smart Buy / Personalized Orders:

Orders involving customized, personalized, or Smart Buy (made-to-order) jewellery undergo a dedicated crafting process. Therefore, the cancellation policy is as follows:

If cancelled within 2 days of purchase:

A full refund will be processed

If cancelled after 2 days (before or after dispatch):

  • Making charges and stone charges will be deducted
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source or can be adjusted against a new product

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Failed Transactions:

If a payment transaction fails and funds are debited:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded to the source account within 72 hours by the payment gateway.

  • The cancellation policy may differ during promotional offers or for specific products.
  • Hassan Jewellers reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any such changes will be updated on www.hassanjewellers.com.

For purchases made through other online marketplaces or channels, the respective platform's cancellation policy will apply.

Refund Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
